Super Quick, Super Slick - Swirl

Swirl Content Management System In terms of CMS training sessions, today's was just a dream.

Having seen Swirl develop and grow over the years and used it on a daily basis, populating websites has become a quick, slick operation for the Clickfire team. However, Swirl is only really put through its paces when its handed over to the client - how easily they pick it up, how intuitive it is and when its been bespoked for a particular need - did it tick all the right boxes (so-to-speak).

Prior to any training session we provide clients with a comprehensive user guide which has been tailored for their site's particular requirements, it walks them through the various aspects of Swirl, illustrated with screen shots and step by step instructions. We then actively encourage clients to adopt a 'have a go' attitude - go in, have a go and make some changes in the CMS prior to the training session, that way they are armed with particular questions or queries which can be focused on or ironed out if needed.

For those willing to jump in and give it a go, it’s proved to be very effective but no more so than today - today's training session was the slickest and quickest ever. This particular client had taken a look at the guide, opened up Swirl and put it through its paces, just as we'd advised. I love it when a plan comes together…
