Preview our latest launch
Leading document management company Preview Services launched their new and improved website yesterday. The site aims to emphasise Previews key services and differentiators in the marketplace, while creating an enjoyable user experience.
Preview boasts one of the largest document scanning capacities in Europe with the potential to scan more than a million images every day. They offer a range of specialist scanning, capture and archiving services providing innovative new solutions to a range of industries.
Part of the success of Preview’s online presence to date has been driven through Google AdWords. This reinforces the importance of having a high quality website and creating engaging landing pages that entice the user to explore further. Clickfire were able to address this need using flash to enliven selected pages for Preview’s core services and by incorporating quirky design elements throughout. Achieving a balance between a polished, professional image and a contemporary look and feel, the new website delivers a great impression of the business.
Capturing everything…
Most of us affiliated with the web world know that “content is king”. That is, web content should be original, relevant and desirable to make sites successful from a user and search engine perspective. According to E-Consultancy editor in chief Chris Lake; “Lots of companies are launching blogs to increase the amount of unique content on their sites and if they are done well they can make a real impact on your bottom line by attracting qualified and relevant traffic."
Over the past few years, Preview have built up a good volume of content through regular additions to their blog, case studies, press releases and newsletters. The content throughout these areas helps to leverage Preview’s impressive client base and give informative accounts of projects they’ve completed, so naturally Clickfire wanted to fully exploit it!
The blog in particular has grown organically over time and Clickfire took on the challenge of generating a more user friendly, accessible experience. Now complete, the new Preview site offers a well laid out, categorised front end and bespoke supporting CMS admin tools which allow Preview to manage the content going forward.
Preview Director Chris Wilde said: “We are all very pleased with the results” and that their experience of working with Clickfire “felt like a genuine partnership in reaching the objectives.”
