The Clickfire Bake-Off

Kerrys rasperry cheescake - The Winner! So Tuesday morning, Mark surprised us all with his long awaited chocolate brownies!! Not that he's an expert in the kitchen, he just had an overwhelming desire to don his apron and oven-gloves and treat us all.

Far be it for us to miss an opportunity for a full-on office competition, Mark's innocent baking experiment has now given birth to the CLICKFIRE BAKEOFF !!

So with scores being provided by the other members of the team it was time to start tasting and Mark got off to a flying start, especially with the HUGE 8.5 from Pasha!!

Presentation is key in the baking world and Marks choice of virginal white china to set off his devilish double layered chocolate brownies goes down a storm.

When all the judges results were in Mark's chocolate brownies ended up with an average score of 7.6. Not bad for a web designer.
